Al-Sayyid Jawad Al-Amili Al-Najafi (1226/1811) was almost among the great jurists and scholars who follow the subtleties of jurisprudential issues, and one of the representations of his approach is what he deposited in the book “Miftah Al-Karama fi Sharh Qawaed Al-Allama”; He was also one of the few who stood in the face of the Wahhabi attacks on Najaf between 1801-1811. His stand did not limit field follow-up, active participation, and reorganization on the city wall. Rather, he led the intellectual trend and argued with scholars and notables who left the city or tried, fearing for their interests and their families Therefore, he classified the Risala al-Ribat or Defending Najaf in three axes: The first is that Najaf is a loophole. The second - that there are Muslim people in it, who fear the enemy's attack on them. The third - in it is the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful, the glory of Islam and Muslims, and the place of the law of religion.
