Abstract

This research presents the problem of meaning as a basic problem in philosophical thought, and the field of study here is closer to the field of the philosophy of values than any other field of philosophy, because it is a research related to the philosophy of life and the philosophy of human existence in it. Life is what provides a person with the means to live, and defines his goals and his movement in it, and therefore this concept was approached with other concepts such as truth, values and nihilism, and the research moved away from topics related to the philosophy of language and logical positivism and analytical philosophies, because the research is not concerned with sentence structures, phrase semantics, and expression methods, but rather Focuses on the idea of meaning as a philosophical concept that has an existential essence and entity.
