Abstract

Industry in the holy city of Najaf is among the most prominent branches of the economy, in which goods and services are produced, and it is distinguished from the rest of the other industrial sectors by extracting natural resources and then converting them for productive uses, through which raw materials are converted from one state to another, and industry is known as the process of converting materials Organic or inorganic by mechanical or chemical processes, whether this achievement is in a factory, workshop or home. The development of industrial facilities in the holy city of Najaf and the introduction of modern mechanization in the industry led to an increase in the number of industrial facilities in the city, which led to the availability of job opportunities and an increase in the number of workers in them.
