A novel, a story that aims to show itself to be true and to do so it uses the complex characters of the story who each have different motives in the novel. This literary art, which is called “the novel” in Arabic, in dividing the types of stories on the basis of form, is the first component, that is, the longest type of stories. Ibrahim Aslan is one of the contemporary Egyptian novelists and his novel "The Sad Owner". The current study is descriptive-analytical and deals with the artistic elements of this novel. The most important and obvious of these elements: dialogue, melody, self-talk, place, character, and a good, happy ending. And one of the most important results of this research is that: the three elements dialogue, melody, and self-talk have a great role in defining the characters, and the place element has an important role in creating the atmosphere of this novel, and many characters in the novel have added to the richness of this work, and finally, the good ending indicates The happiness that appears in this novel is the height of the author's artistic and literary power.
