How was the Iraqi country built by Article 3 of the 2005 Constitution? An answer from the perspective of political philosophy

The article aims to study the building of the Iraqi state after 2003 by Article 3 of the 2005 Constitution, which included the statement that (Iraq is a country of multiple nationalities, religions, and sects), and the research was linked to a discussion of the shape's Iraqi political regime. Among the research questions, as Can we build a national identity that preserves sub-identities? And Can we rebuild our sub-identities within the framework of national identity? The research aimed to work on recognition of cultural diversity in Iraq and its political context, whether before or after 2003. It was based on the political philosophical reference of multiple identities and their impact on the structure of the country.Therefore, the research was an attempt to provide a political philosophical answer in the context of multiple answers that belong to one answer.
