Abstract

Dr. Amer Al-Waeli examined his vision in the philosophy of moral values, as it is considered one of the controversial topics in contemporary philosophical thought, and because of its importance in the reality of the general life of the individual and society, and its importance increased with the adoption of systematic violence on the basis of ideology and intellectuality, and its reflection in different forms and forms, so this research came to lay normative foundations for values Social balance between the morals of the individual and the stability of society, and between the individual's right to life and dignity with the right of society to security and stability. Dr. The research was divided into three: The first topic: Dr. Amer Abd Zaid Biography and methodology: It includes the biography, scientific achievements, and the creative characteristics that characterize Dr. Al-Waeli. The second topic: The ethical approach of Dr. Amer Abd Zaid Al-Waeli. Foundations and roots: A study of the foundations on which the obligatory morals are based, which Dr. Amer Al-Waeli says, and the philosophical and intellectual roots from which he derived his theory. The third topic: the general mechanisms of peaceful coexistence: a statement of the practical tools by which ethical behavior prevails. Conclusion: It is a statement of the most prominent of what was presented and explained in the research.
