Abstract

In traditional pedagogy, the transmission of knowledge remains at the heart of the teaching profession. He gives lectures. He plays a central and dominant role while the learner plays only a secondary role. Although this method has all sorts of advantages, it does not create activity and independence in the learner. This is obviously a bad product. Today, teaching stimulates the intellectual curiosity and autonomy of the learner. It is a question of individualizing all the dimensions, the choice of the texts and the exercises, the way to present the contents, the selection of the manual, the arrangement of class, the course course, etc. All these prerequisites and others are intended to guide the learner towards empowerment. How to achieve empowerment? Why is it important? When do we become autonomous? What role for the teacher in this change? What results does this teaching practice produce? These are some of the questions that this study attempts to answer.
