One of the problems that faced human societies during different eras was the nature of the relationship between conservatism, which was represented in the glorious past of those societies, and the concept of the spirit of modernity, which was represented in the concept and logic of renewal and reform, which has become a necessity that cannot be overlooked or jumped upon, and this is what made society Humankind is in a state of sharp division between a supporter of the first logic, through the call to preserve their legacy and their glorious path, and a supporter of logic and the second concept, which has always called for renewal and reform, even if it was at the expense of their history, perceptions, and ancient beliefs, which negatively affected the movement of those human societies during periods. A certain period of time naturally led to their preoccupation with other societies that preceded them in cultural achievement.
