Abstract

Acts that are contrary to chastity are acts that God, Glory be to Him, condemned, and considered them sins and crimes. One of the characteristics of these actions is their illegality and their contradiction to purity and social health. God Almighty suffices to mention three of the testimonies that entail the hudud, which are adultery, sodomy, and defamation, then he mentions the reason for criminalizing them in general or in particular, and that, in order to explain them, he gives them the characteristic of obscenity and obscenity. The general criminalization bases that came in the Qur’an regarding these actions are preserving the human dignity of human beings and the need to bring interest and ward off harm (which is taken into consideration) in the pace of enactment of rulings; The contradiction of these actions with human nature, the necessity of preserving family existence, reluctance to cut off offspring, and avoiding extravagance are among the specialized foundations that cause the criminalization of these actions.
