This research aims to stand with what the scholars of the nation contributed to in writing their sciences and codifying them from an early age, and since the successors of these sciences were distinguished scholars of different walks and specialties, they spent their lives reading and scrutinizing sciences and writing about them. Exchange, literature, rhetoric, and offers a field of creativity for these scholars, so they did well in authoring and classification. And since these had a place in the development of the nation’s civilization and its sciences, some scholars were keen to shed light on important aspects of their lives and their scientific formation, and to scrutinize what they wrote in a series of books known as the layers of scholars or the ranks of scholars, or the biographies of the notables. Scientists who were keen to write down the movement of science, and scientists in a historical sequence to his era, so he highlighted a group of scholars with different specializations between language, grammar and morphology; In addition to the book full of important issues such as grammatical doctrines and the issue of composing the readers and the linguistic dictionary and other important scientific gestures in this book, which indicates the importance of this book as an important link in the books of translations, especially grammarians and linguists.
