Abstract

The choice of (The Novel Like a Pig), by the Iraqi writer and novelist Ward Badr Al-Salem, came as a subject of study because of the interrelated artistic and objective techniques it contains, especially in its outstanding central connotations related to human issues and his ordeal regarding self and existence, given the great ability of novelist literature. In revealing the unspoken and revealing the forbidden by one’s own action and the ideology that controls the nature of society and the cultural sorting of one side at the expense of the other.
