An environmental assessment of the suitability of groundwater in the Najaf plateau for various uses

Abstract

The research deals with the study and analysis of the qualitative characteristics of groundwater in the Najaf plateau, with the aim of revealing its suitability for various uses (civil - agricultural - industrial). The research problem is represented by the following question ((What is the suitability of groundwater in the Najaf plateau for various civil, agricultural and industrial uses?)). The hypothesis came in the following form ((the validity of groundwater in the Najaf plateau for various uses varies spatially and temporally)). The limits of the study are the Najaf plateau, which lies between longitudes (41°43, 28°44) east and latitudes (55°31, 19°32) north.
