The theory of substituting chains of transmission and its jurisprudential applications (analytical study)

Abstract

1- The theory of replacing chains of transmission is considered an innovation and renewal at the level of hadith-jurisprudential research, because it subjected the weak narrations to addressing the weak part of them, and replacing it with another that contributes to covering the scientific needs in the place of jurisprudential reasoning.

2- The theory of compensation is useful in the field of contradiction between the two reports, as one who has many chains of transmission is more likely than the other, thus raising the rank of the hadeeth to a higher rank than it was.
