Abstract

The research concluded that the electrical conductivity values in the soil of Al-Qadisiyah Governorate in general are low to medium salinity according to the soil classification criterion according to the degree of its salinity depending on the electrical conductivity dS/m of the saturated soil paste, and that there is a spatial and seasonal variation in its values as a result of the influence of a group of factors, the most important of which is the climate And the natural vegetation and wrong agricultural practices by farmers that comply with adding chemical fertilizers in large quantities to the soil and not using the agricultural cycle
