Evaluation of the efficiency of educational services in the city of Abbasiya

Abstract

Education is a legitimate right for every human being and a binding duty for the state to make it available to its citizens. From this point of view, the educational service comes within the group of services that fall under the sovereignty of the state, supervising and managing it. From under the cloak of this educational service, educated cadres emerge, to undertake life activities, on all economic and social axes, and they respond to the need of the age (1). As we shed light on the educational services of the city of Abbasiya by studying its reality. In addition to the geographical distribution of these institutions, and whether this distribution contributes to the smooth and good delivery of the services of these institutions to the city’s residents, assessing the efficiency of the educational service based on the local standards set by the Iraqi Ministry of Planning, which are related to these services. At the end of the research, we reached a number of conclusions
