Abstract

The purpose of studying the life of the jurist and Prince Asad bin Al-Furat is to know his religious biography and his scientific trips to the countries through which he was able to understand the Maliki school of thought and spread it in the Arab Maghreb, as well as to know his political life, most of which he spent in the judiciary between people at times, and his leadership of the campaign that asked him to increase the majority of the prince. The Moroccan led it another time, during which he conquered the island of Sicily in the year 212-213 AH, where he did a great job until his death.
