Abstract

The interest in economic, political and social studies in Ottoman history remains at the fore among researchers who are interested in the history of the regions that were subject to Ottoman domination at various stages, including North Africa, because of its proximity to Europe, which in modern history owned the engines of historical conflict not in the Arab-Arab regions, but in The world, after having shaken off the dust of the past, and became leading the economic and political developments in partnership with the Ottoman Empire, which arose at the beginning of the modern era, and quickly turned into a global empire spanning three continents.
