Abstract

The issue of the governors of Iraq in the Umayyad era and their relationship with the scholars of their time occupies a great and influential importance in the history of Islamic civilization and thought. God and His Messenger urged it, because knowledge has an impact on refining souls and correcting morals, and through it hearts are filled, minds are enlightened, and a person is lifted from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge and guidance.
