Abstract

Debt is one of the windows that gives the individual an opportunity to facilitate the affairs of his life by taking a specific commodity for a specific period for the purpose of benefiting from it and its value for change and development to find a solution to the circumstances and crises he is going through, as well as giving him the freedom to dispose of the commodity to be borrowed and enter it in more than one field of dealings, so it is permissible to link Religion by transfer, or by loan, or by guarantee, or by leasing it, and other topics that in turn helped in improving many economic and social issues, and became a basis and support for customary developments and orientations formulated within the teachings of Sharia that clarify the aspects of religion and its divisions of both types, deferred and state.
