Gradual application of the sources before the international judiciary

Abstract

International agreements are applied by all contracting states, and the scope of application of the international rule is determined by states’ recognition and respect for them. In terms of adherence to common legal principles, it is general and no state is excluded from submission to it. With regard to the validity of the international rule, a distinction should be made between the written agreement and the custom.
