The graphic miracle in the Holy Quran

Abstract

Holy Quran, this Allah’s miracle possesses important expressional attributes. These attributes play a significant role for Quran to be a miracle. One of these miracles is expression miracle. Throughout history and right now, most of literature, writers and poets expressed that they are unable to write something like Quran and this trend is being enhanced year by year. Scholars believe that there is some aspect for miracle of expression in Quran which include: eloquence (sweetness and fluency in words, being irreplaceable and inequivalence in terms etc.), rhetoric (literary craft like simile, allegory etc.), wellness of expression, wellness of simile and beautiful music of Quran. This paper tries to study distinct types of expression miracle in holy Quran that are related to eloquence and rhetoric using descriptive analytical method.
