The meaning of descriptive derivatives In the verses of empowerment and subjugation in the Noble Qur’an

Abstract

The Arabic language is an etymological language, in which the various meanings are formulated from the various structures of the same root. Every time, and this generative ability of morphological forms and quantitative growth in the number of words enables the speaker to give the meanings that he gives him with multiple forms of expression, And the Noble Qur’an was revealed in this great language, so it excelled in deriving the vocabulary expressing the meaning, and from those derivatives (descriptive derivatives) whose formulas came to keep pace with the meanings expressed by the verses of empowerment and subjugation, and revealing the splendor of the Quranic expression and surrounding it with all the details of the meaning through those derivatives, including: The subject, the suspicious adjective, the noun of the object, and the exaggerated forms, so he used the Holy Qur’an from them, and this study came to reveal the significance of these derivatives, taking into account the contextual climate in which they were mentioned. This confirms the linguistic miraculousness of the Holy Qur’an and its complete control of the meaning through its careful selection of derived morphological adjectives.
