The provisions of the endowment for the scholars of Tajweed in Najaf in the thirteenth century AH

Abstract

  This research aims to study an important science of the Qur’an that requires the reader of the Qur’an to be fully aware of it, which is the science of waqf rulings, defining it, and then explaining its divisions and signs that every reader must know and act upon, and in order for the picture to become clearer about this topic, Although there are many books and studies that dealt with the concept of waqf and its rulings, but we wanted this research to present it from the point of view of the scholars of intonation in Najaf who wanted from these rulings and others, it is the obligation of those charged with it in terms of jurisprudence and education, and then we presented a set of applied models To stop in the Holy Qur’an, then I showed with the conclusion the most important results of the study.
