دراسة تأثير الأشابة و التشعيع في الخواص البصرية لأغشية ZnS) ) المحضرة بطريقة الرش الكيميائي الحراري
Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث تحضير غشاء ZnS بطريقة الرش الكيميائي الحراري واشابته بعناصر الالمنيوم، النيكل بنسب
اشابة 3% ثم تشعيعها بأشعة كاما ، حيث تم تحضير اغشية ZnS من مادتي كلوريد الزنك ) ZnCl2 ( والثايوريا
( CS(NH2)2 ( وبدرجة حرارة 300oC وعلى قواعد زجاجية ذات سمك ) 0.17 mm ) .
ودرست الخواص البصرية ولمدى الطول الموجي ) 300-900nm ( بأستخدام المطياف مزدوج الحزمة
( UV-VIS Double Beam Spectrometer ( وحسب معامل الامتصاص ) ( ومنه تم حساب قيمة فجوة الطاقة
البصرية للانتقالات الالكترونية حيث انها من النوع المباشر وكانت قيمة فجوة الطاقة لغشاء ZnS قبل الاشابة ) 3.1eV )
وقيمتها بعد الاشابة تراوحت eV) 2.7-2.9 ) وكانت قيمة فجوة الطاقة لغشاء ZnS بعد االتشعيع بمصدر) Co60 ( ولفترة
زمنية (5min) ( 3.3eV ( وقيمتها بعد التشعيع للنماذج المشوبة تراوحت eV) 3.1-2.9 ( اعتماداً على مادة الاشابة ومن ثم
حسب معامل الخمود وظهر انه يتناقص مع زيادة الطول الموجي.
أخيرا تم حساب معاملات الامتصاص ) ( ، والخمود ) k ( ، والانكسار ) n ( ولجميع النماذج .
