Study of the impedance matching in radio frequency discharge excited ZFold waveguide CO2 laser

Abstract

Equivalent circuit of  matching network is applied to measure the
impedances of an RF-excited partial Z-fold waveguide CO2 laser. In addition, the design
criteria are discussed for the selection of the coil inductances and laser head
characteristics for optimum power transfer.
