Administrative investigation with the employee in Jordanian law

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the Jordanian public servant is investigated in comparison with other laws such as France and Egypt. This was discussed in Jordanian law through the civil service system which regulates the public office, Procedures, characteristics, legal basis and importance, whether for the employee, management or community, guarantees the investigation of the employee.
