Political parties and the problem of coordination between political activity and parliamentary function

Abstract
        The present paper deals with the nature of political parties in a parliamentary system and the role of the political parties in regulating and activating the legislative function for the parliament, additionally to the problem of coordination between political activities and social activities for the party as a part of the society. with the role that should the political party play in forming internal parliamentary agencies, as parliamentary committees, permanent or temporal, in addition, this research extends to explain some of the international experiences for legal regulation in the role of the political party in the parliamentary life.
