Abstract

Abstract The research aims to shed light on the legal mechanisms for managing joint oil fields, by studying the concept of oil investment contracts, showing its importance and reviewing modern legal mechanisms, in addition to studying the direct management of joint and indirect oil fields and its impact on the economies of the Arab world, and knowing how to manage and exploit the fields. The joint oil field and solving the problem of how to manage and distribute the revenues of the joint oil fields between the states parties, as the nature of these disputes varies with the nature, difference and quality of the contracts concluded between the states parties. The nature of these contracts affects how to exploit and manage those fields.
