Types of labour discipline punishment in the Iraqi legislation “Comparison study”

Abstract

In this paper, we examine the disciplinary regime of the worker in terms of the definition of disciplinary labor sanctions, the statement of disciplinary penalties that the employer can impose on the worker, the consequences of each penalty, the penalties for labor relations and the unfinished sanctions of labor relations. We dealt with it in accordance with the provisions of the Iraqi Labor Law No. (37) for the year 2015, and compare it with Egyptian law.
