The concept of the work in the Iraqi legislation

Abstract

In this paper, we examine the definition of the factor in Iraqi legislation in terms of its definition, its distinction from the public employee and the public service, and the legal nature of the labor relationship between the worker and the employer. We will also discuss the rights and duties of the worker, 37) for the year 2015, with comparison with the legislation of the countries of Egypt, UAE and Kuwait.
