Abstract

There is no doubt that the judicial ruling when issued is still valid and provoked to provoke the law. When a judge decides on a particular matter and separates it, he thereby exhausts the power of the authority vested in him on that matter. He may not revoke what has been done, or reconsider the previous ruling even if His judgment was invalid.
