This study aimed to determine the predictive value of decision-making by examining the relationship between administrative self-efficacy and decision-making, and to establish a predictive equation for decision-making. The researcher employed a descriptive methodology using survey and correlational analysis. The research population consisted of (18) teachers working in the Sports and Scouting Activities Department at the Babil Education Directorate. The results led to the key conclusion that administrative self-efficacy significantly contributes to predicting decision-making, explaining (28.1%) of the variance in this variable, a percentage considered acceptable in behavioral studies. Furthermore, regression coefficients demonstrated that administrative self-efficacy has a direct positive impact on decision-making, confirming its importance as a psycho-administrative variable influencing organizational behavior .
