The research adopted the descriptive method using the correlational approach, as it is appropriate to the nature of the research problem and its objectives. The research population consists of (175) third-year students, with the application procedures organized into pilot, psychometric, and main samples. The research uses a psychological resilience scale suitable for the sports context and a tool to measure commitment to learning goals after adapting the response reference to the goals of learning track and field skills. The statistical analysis is based on arithmetic means, standard deviations, and appropriate correlation and reliability coefficients, allowing the two variables to be described and the direction and strength of the relationship between them to be identified.
