Abstract

Background: Neonatal sepsis refers to a group of physical and laboratory findings that occur in response to invasive infection within the first 30 days of life(4). Applying of U.P.M in NICU may decrease the risk of neonatal sepsis. Aim of the study: This study aims to decrease mortality and morbidity from neonatal sepsis in the neonatal intensive care unit.
