Appeals and Complaints
It is the right of the author/s to appeal editorial decisions and to raise complaints about the failure of reviewing processes and if publication ethics is breached. Such appeal/complaint must be through an electronic letter to the Journal formal email “ firstname.lastname@example.org”
The Editor-in-Chief will form a small committee from editors taking in consideration any possible conflict of interests.
The committee will study the appeal/complaint and raise recommendations.
The decision will be made by the Editor-in-Chief within no more than 2 weeks of the complainer’s email.
