Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The Authors should use the journal template and fill the copyright form
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Author Guidelines

  1. All manuscripts must be written in standard English and should adhere to proper terminology and language usage. We strongly advise the Authors to double-check their manuscript with a professional language editor before submission. It is well known that a paper with proper language usage and good presentation would attract more readers and have higher impact.
  2. The Authors should use the journal template (Click here).
  3. The Authors should fill out and sign the copyright form. Please download the copyright form. Submitted papers will be declined in case copyright form is not attached. 
  4. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published and are not being under processing at another journal or conference. Partial publication of some results at a conference should be indicated on the front page of the manuscript.
  5. Approval from all co-authors must be obtained before the manuscript can be published. The corresponding author is responsible for this agreement.
  6. In order to sustain the peer-review system, the Authors are encouraged to participate in the review process via registering with JoKMC as reviewers so that they might evaluate manuscripts submitted by other authors.
  7. The authors are responsible to obtain the necessary approvals from their institutions before submitting their manuscript.
  8. To submit a manuscript, the authors must permit JoKMC to edit their manuscript for improved readability.
  9. If the research was funded or sponsored by institutions, the authors are requested to clearly acknowledge the support of these institutions.
