In this paper, we review here some of the ideas we have encountered in Orlicz function and define S*-
Orlicz lattice. We have proved that S*-Orlicz space (X, ||.||F) is a normed S*-Vector Lattice, complete and therefore, it's a Banach S*-Vector Lattice.
