In this research concerns the asymptotic behavior properties for resolve second order of linear Neutral Difference equations with Positive and Negative Coefficients. Some necessary and Sufficients obtained for all solution non oscillatory tend to zero or infinity n→∞ . Example are given to illustrated the ordinary results.
