The settlement of the constitutional security imbalance (A study in judicial aspects)
Abstract
The principle of constitutional security is built on the idea of finding a higher framework of texts and extracted from the constitutional principles that cannot be compromised to protect the political, economic, social and cultural standards that are regulated by the content of the constitution and its apparent and implicit connotations, from the possibility of being compromised by its sponsors, in the sense of devising an idea of high content and sanctification that includes providing supervision over the authorities concerned with the protection of constitutional texts, as a result of the increase in constitutional violations and circumventing the supremacy of constitutional texts with legal stratagems, especially from the constitutional judiciary, specifically through the mechanism of interpretation, on which constitutional standards are built, which requires finding the necessary means and mechanisms to restore the quorum for this security and its settlement. Based on that, the focus has been done on studying the constitutional judicial aspects to clarify the means of settling the prejudice to constitutional security.Downloads
