Abstract

 It is unthinkable that the relationship between the employee and the state remains indefinite, because if a person reaches age, his mental and physical abilities gradually diminish. This may have a negative effect on the employee's performance of the tasks assigned to him. If the employee has reached the end of his relationship with the public office and is referred to retirement, as well as other reasons including resignation, death, loss and disability health.
