Abstract

The first chapter includes the introduction and the importance of research into the use of ballistic exercises, which contribute to important adaptations in the nervous system, which contributes to increasing muscle efficiency during performance, and a statement of the effect of these exercises in developing special endurance and achieving a 400-meter run for runners with hearing disabilities. The human domain also included a sample of club players in athletics, the temporal domain for the period from 5/29/2021 until 8/22/2021, and the spatial domain, the stadium of the Ministry of Youth and Sports/National Center for Talented Athletics. The second chapter included the research methodology and its field procedures, where the experimental method was used. Due to its suitability to the research topic, physical tests and appropriate statistical methods. The third chapter included presenting, analyzing, and discussing the results of the tests under study. The researcher reached conclusions in the fourth chapter that the ballistic exercises used within the training curriculum have contributed to the development of special endurance and achievement. The researcher recommended emphasizing the use of ballistic exercises within the components of the training curriculum for this event, taking into account the training loads and the level of intensity. For this category of disability, it was circulated to coaches in the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee.
