Abstract

Purpose: To reveal the role of the intuitive manager in enhancing job enthusiasm in the work environment.

Design/Methodology/Input: The research used multiple approaches, including the descriptive and analytical method, for the purpose of ensuring the existence of a relationship between the research variables, then preparing a questionnaire form to obtain information and then testing the hypotheses, as the questionnaire was designed based on solid scientific standards and was analyzed using the statistical program (spss. v22) and the research community at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University

Results: The results showed the existence of a relationship and the impact of the intuitive manager on enhancing job enthusiasm in the work environment of the research organization or among the employees of the research sample.

Scientific Implications: Employing the findings of the research in adopting the research organization (Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University) in the Najaf Governorate for the dimensions of the intuitive manager, which contributes to enhancing the job enthusiasm of the workers at the level of the sub-variables of this approved variable.

Authenticity/Value: The research contributed to bridging the knowledge gap in the absence of an Arab or foreign study, to the knowledge of the researchers, that dealt with the relationship between the research variables in one hypothetical model to support and enhance the career enthusiasm of the employees of the organization in question.
