Abstract

The study aims to show the impact of applying e-business technologies as an independent variable through its dimensions (electronic infrastructure, application of hospital e-business systems, health information systems), on the quality of service as a dependent variable through its dimensions (reliability, time, responsiveness, confirmation), and given the importance of the topic in The health sector and its impact on the lives of most people. Therefore, the research was conducted in 3 government hospitals in the Al-Najaf Governorate, where the opinions of a sample of (200) individuals working in health institutions were surveyed. This was done using a questionnaire as a main tool in obtaining data and information. And also personal interviews, as well as Arab and foreign sources and references. The statistical methods used in the study are (the statistical program (SPSS.V.20) and (Amos.v.20), such as normal distribution, factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and testing differences hypotheses to extract results.
