The cultural and intellectual movement flourished in the holy city of Karbala, being a shrine and meeting place for a number of transportation routes, as it played an important role in intellectual development and progress. The intellectual and social aspects that provide the people of Karbala with the requirements of advancement and religious and intellectual awareness, had a great impact in increasing cultural awareness in the city, and these libraries spread widely so that modern printing and the acquisition of books became easy. extinction.
