Entrepreneurship has gained great importance due to the novelty of its topic on the one hand and its economic importance in achieving economic development in addition to its social importance on the other hand.
The research dealt with a new type of innovation and creativity for entrepreneurs, which is entrepreneurship, and this research dealt with this type of ideas due to its great importance. Patent Law No. 427 of 1999 of Kazakhstan, Law of Patents, Industrial Models, Undisclosed Information, Integrated Circuits and Plant Varieties of Iraq No. 65 of 1970, amended by Order of the dissolved Coalition Authority No. 81 of 2004, and Egyptian Law of Protection of Intellectual Property Rights No. 82 of 2002, And Intellectual Property Law No. 597 of 1992, France.
