Geographical distribution of police stations and their efficiency in the cities of Hamza and Shamiya

The basis adopted in the planning of services, including the services of police stations, is to provide them to the population on an equal basis, as planning is done on the basis of population distribution and density, meaning that the efficiency and efficiency of providing services to all citizens in urban centers must be achieved. From here, the idea of research was launched to find out the reality of the geographical distribution of police stations and their efficiency in the cities of Hamza and Shamiya, as they are among the important cities in the province of Qadisiyah after the city of Diwaniyah , It focused on addressing the problems faced by the police station services in those two cities, with the aim of achieving good efficiency in terms of quantity, quality and even location. The research used several approaches, including the descriptive analytical approach and the functional approach, in addition to the field study to know the reality of the geographical distribution of those centers. The research concluded that the existing centers do not cover all the area of the two cities, while the study suggested increasing the number of centers in the study area.
