Abstract

The research aims to identify (creative thinking in local administrations and its impact on sustainable development) in the province of Babylon / service departments in the district of Abu Gharq), the study has used the descriptive analytical approach, as it was distributed (125) questionnaire form to the middle departments in the service departments has been fully retrieved and is valid for statistical analysis, and the research was based on reaching its results on the use of statistical programming represented by the statistical system (SPSS.24) to measure the relationship between its variables and the program (AMOS V 24), and the research reached The research reached a set of recommendations, including that the organization must adopt creative thinking and urge service departments to develop it through the adoption of development methods and training because of its impact, as well as the preparation of a guide for sustainable development in each department to be a reference for it and for the employee to be aware and aware of what sustainable development is and its importance to society and have a reference and guide to which the department returns to promote sustainable development.
