Self-Reference, Among University Leaders In The Middle Euphrates

The search for a research sample of (300) leaders from the universities of the Middle Euphrates, who were chosen in a stratified random way according to gender and specialization. Checking the reaping of assets from the psychometric scale of the virtual validity scale, constructive validity and reliability, and the following science was used: University leaders are characterized by high referentiality and have statistically significant differences in self-referencing according to the gender variable (male, female) and in favor of males. There are also statistically significant differences in the self-reference according to the variable of specialization (scientific, human) and in favor of the scientific specialization.
In the light of the research results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented.
