The urban form is the pattern in which the elements are formed, arranged and organized in the urban area, as the pattern of the urban form formed refers to many characteristics and characteristics of planning and design. The urban form consists mainly of physical elements and spatial elements or properties, these elements interact with each other to form the recognized patterns of the urban form. Several problems have emerged in urban areas and due to the difficulty of identifying the defects or the causes of these problems, so when finding clear relationships between the physical and spatial elements, these problems can be diagnosed and their causes easily identified. The research found that the importance of material elements starts from the social and economic need of individuals, which in turn affects land systems mainly (forms, sections, and uses), and ease of access in the urban area is related to the efficiency of the road or street network, while the efficiency of filling depends on the types of buildings and their suitability for the social and economic need in the urban area.
