Abstract

The focus of the research tagged: (Evidences for prohibiting the crime of murder in Imami jurisprudence and Iraqi law - a comparative study) revolves around assaulting oneself by killing, defining this crime and stating evidences for its prohibition in Imami jurisprudence and Iraqi law.

Several Quranic verses have warned against the crime of murder. In the eyes of Islam, murder is one of the most heinous crimes, and therefore its punishment was severe and strict. Because this crime is a waste of human dignity and a crack in the structure of society.

In the research, we were exposed to the concept of the crime of murder in the Imami jurisprudence and its evidence, and we clarified the concept of the crime of murder in the Iraqi law and its evidence according to its paragraphs and articles, and ended with a comparison between the Imami jurisprudence and the ethnic law and a comparison between them, and finally we reviewed the results of the murder crime in the Imami jurisprudence and Iraqi law in a brief way. Then search results and footnotes.
